About Jody Schmidt

I’m thrilled to share a little about myself! I’m a proud mom of two amazing children. My oldest, my son, owns his own stainless steel welding business, and I couldn’t be more proud of his hard work and success.

He is married and I am excited to have gained an amazing daugher-in-law. My daughter is a teacher in the Neenah school district, inspiring young minds every day. She’s currently planning her wedding for this fall, and I’m so excited to gain another son!

I’ve called Kaukauna home for over 20 years, and I know the surrounding cities like the back of my hand. Before that, I lived in Stockbridge for a few years, but my hometown is Ashford, nestled between Campbellsport and Lomira. Whether you’re in Kewaskum, Green Bay, or anywhere in between, I’m here to help you buy or sell your home.

With over two decades of experience in the building industry, I’ve worked closely with clients to design their dream homes. This has given me a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what people truly want (and don’t want) in a home.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about music and love attending live bands, outdoor festivals, and community events. You can often find me golfing, mini-golfing, or snowmobiling when I’m enjoying some downtime.

I’m a proud member of the Lions Club and the Fox Valley Snow Riders Club, where I enjoy connecting with others and giving back to the community. Volunteering is close to my heart, and I’m honored to support organizations like Walleyes for Tomorrow and the local Make-A-Wish golf outing whenever I can.

I’ve always been drawn to the creativity and charm of homes, and I love exploring the unique features that make each one special. I’m also passionate about decorating and staging homes, which is a huge advantage when preparing your property to hit the market.
