About Katy Neubauer

Hi my name is Katy Neubauer, REALTOR® with Century 21 Ace Realty. My husband and business partner (Tim Neubauer) and I have teamed up to help our clients buy and sell their dream home or work toward their investing goals. Our passion for real estate started with purchasing duplexes, and mixed-use properties.

As investors, we ultimately decided working in real estate was a natural profession for us to pursue. Property number 9 is our first ever "flip" home for our family which happens to be a 100+ year old Victorian home, designed by William Waters, built for Dr. Corbett. Currently, we are preparing to move into this house after 3 long years of restructuring, renovating and bringing her back to life.

During our free time, we love spending time with our kids, riding horses, RC car racing (Tim!) and working on our rental properties.
